Information you provide
We store event titles, dates and meeting places entered in the instructions, contribution labels, guest display names and event creation timestamps. These details are used to display and update your signup sheet. No account or email address is required to create or join a sheet. Use a nickname and avoid posting private addresses, phone numbers, health records or other sensitive information.
Who can see an event
Anyone who receives or discovers the guest link can read the event and add or claim contributions. Recipients can forward that link. Event pages are excluded from our public sitemap and marked for search engines not to index, but a link is not a password and these settings do not make a sheet private.
Browser storage and host access
Local storage remembers your display name for an event, the host access key and your optional advertising preference. A temporary pending key helps preserve the key during creation. The database stores a hash of the host key rather than the key itself. Clearing browser storage removes the remembered key but does not delete your event. Keep access to the host browser until you have finished managing the event.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application. Supabase stores event information and delivers update notifications. Requests to these providers include connection information such as an IP address and browser request details. Their processing and retention are governed by their own service terms and policies. Events may be processed outside your country.
Advertising and optional storage
This release reserves advertising placements but does not load a Google advertising script. The cookie settings control a local preference; accepting does not activate advertising or certify regulatory consent. If advertising is introduced, relevant provider disclosures and any required certified consent platform must be configured before ads run. You can change your preference using Cookie settings in the footer.
Retention and removal
Event data remains until the host deletes the event or it is otherwise removed to operate the service. Deleting an event removes its active contribution records. A host can reopen a claimed row to remove its display name. Provider backups or logs can follow separate retention schedules; we do not promise immediate removal from every backup. Contact us for an access, correction or deletion request and include enough event information to identify the record without sending your host key.
Your choices and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information.
