A clear plan for a shared table
Free Potluck Signup helps a host turn a gathering into a shared contribution list. Choose a template, enter a guest count and adapt the starter menu to the people attending. A guest count is a planning aid: hosts can add custom dishes, rename contributions and remove open rows as plans change.
How it works
Create an event with a title and instructions, then share its guest link. Guests enter a display name and claim an available contribution, or add something else. The host can reopen a claim, manage open rows and delete the event. Print or save the sheet as a PDF for a copy to use at the gathering.
The Coordinator Notebook
Each template includes a Coordinator Notebook with practical planning notes, a checklist and answers to common questions. These guides support your own event decisions. They do not replace checking ingredients, preparation arrangements, venue access and timing directly with your guests.
Designed for straightforward coordination
The application uses browser-based forms and shared event data without requiring participant accounts. Host access stays in the creating browser. The interface uses typography, CSS and vector decoration to keep the planning sheet focused on the event.
